We fund access to world-class technology training for women, youth, and underserved communities — building the ethical, skilled professionals who will power Africa's digital future.
Africa's digital transformation starts with the people we dare to train today.
Our vision: "Creators of Talent" — every grant closes the skills gap that holds Africa back.
IMPROTECH Foundation is a US-registered nonprofit that channels grant funding to expand access to technology education across West Africa and beyond.
IMPROTECH began in Accra in 2017 as a humble training center with one mission: give African professionals access to the same world-class IT certifications available anywhere in the world. From that first CCIE bootcamp, we grew into a multi-country group spanning Ghana, Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, and France.
The Foundation, incorporated in the United States in 2025, takes that mission further. We raise grant funding from corporations, foundations, and individuals to sponsor training for those who could never otherwise afford it — with a particular focus on women and economically disadvantaged youth.
Our model is simple but powerful: world-class instructors, proven curricula, and the belief that talent is universal — even when opportunity is not.
Full and partial sponsorships covering certification-based training in networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and systems for qualifying individuals.
Dedicated tracks and financial support to increase female representation in technology careers across West Africa.
Equipment, infrastructure, and instructor grants to strengthen the IMPROTECH Training Center and partner institutions.
Every dollar granted translates directly into skills, certifications, and careers for people who deserved this chance all along.
Our grant programs focus on the highest-impact interventions: skills that lead directly to jobs, careers, and economic independence.
Sponsoring CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE exam preparation for talented individuals who cannot self-fund. These certifications open doors to careers across Africa and globally.
